Greeting for the day!!
I just joined this sweet place. Lots of individuals have added so many good things here. Please accept my little contribution towards community. I would like to share some quick weight loss tips. If you want to know how to lose 10 lbs in a calendar week, you are likely not seeing for a general dieting and exercise plan. You can lose weight with a common diet and exercise plan, However this takes a lot of time doing intensive cardio practises and binding to a strict diet. Here I will outline the exact steps that I took to lose 10 pounds in just a week.
1. Stay away from all fried foods for the week
2. Drink In an 8oz glass of Citrus paradisi with breakfast each day. (this speeds up your metabolism)
3. Take limited portions (stop eating when you are full)
4. If you are eating 3 large a meals a day, consume 5-6 small meals to keep your metabolism up and keep your body burning fat.
5. Do not eat anything after 9pm. Its good to eat before 9 P.M. so that our body gets proper time to burn calories before sleep.
6. Take proper sleep every night. Not having adequate sleep causes been verified to be a major factor to the body storing excess fat.
7. Apply a body/colon clean for the 7 days. This will get rid of extra fat stored around the stomach area as well as cleanse your body of harmfull pollutants that makes you store fat and feel tired. Flush away excess pounds around the stomach area that otherwise would be hard to lose.
8. I suggest you using Acai Berry Diet Pills. This one is proven to work, and you can get a free trial.
9. For those people who need to burn fat quickly, avoid alcoholic beverage.
10. A low GI diet is an brilliant method of burning fat quickly.
Thanks!.!

This might be a bit off-topic but I believe there are a lot of smokers here on www.blogger.com. I decided to find a good vendor of e-smokes. I'm done with paying so much for tobacco smokes.A friend recommended G Smoke According to their website this is how they described their product:
"Green Smoke offers supreme Electronic cigarettes with disposable cartridges that compose of the highest smoke volume in the industry. With a collection of flavors and nicotine levels, Green Smoke's™ patented technology offers convenience and performance that is unmatched. G Smoke products have been independently tested for safety."
I'm thinking of buying them. Anyone else have experience with this e-cigarette?

Hi everybody,
What online fanzines do you read and would recommend?
For all you rockabilly folks out there I recommend The Enough Fanzine. It is one of the first emo zines on the www.
They have throusands of interviews from the most popular bands all over the world. Check them out online: Enough Fanzine. Best of it all, they are 100% non-profit and just helping the scene!
Looking forward to your recommendations.

Another issue that you must stay on top of is price fluctuations from the bookmaker. The prices for placing bets do not just change with different bookies but even with the same. You cannot take it for granted that the prices that are quoted in print like the Racing Post will be valid at the time of the event. With sports betting things can change very rapidly so be sure that the price will be honored before placing your bet otherwise this can seriously affect the outcome of your arbitrage sports betting.
One key thing to remember when you are seeking out the best sports betting odds is that the best odds and the best sports bookmaker are not necessarily one and the same.
bet on sports
With this movement the United States has taken a different approach to online gambling. Whereas other countries are working with these services to regulate them, the United States is attempting to prohibit them once and for all. By doing this they are missing out on the ability to tax internet gambling instead of getting rid of it entirely. Conservative estimates have shown that taxing these services could make the government in upwards of $6 billion a year.
The second group fares a lot worse because, unfortunately for them, the variance in the "value" range will be different for each of them, and it will also vary considerably from bet to bet, making the concept of value mere words (and therefore meaningless). he reality is that the majority of people do not have any means whatsoever of identifying "true" value bets.
Greetings
It is my first time here. I just wanted to say hi!
